Participation fee

Registration for the walk has the following costs:

15 € for adults;
10 € for children and young people aged 11 to 18 and for people with disabilities;
5 € for children up to 10 years

Meal voucher for the “Pasta Party” in the pavilions of the Longarone Fiere (a menu for celiacs is provided)

Collection of race packages

Race packages can be picked up at the Longarone Fiere, Via del Parco n.3,
from 23 to 28 September 2019 from 2.00 pm to 8.00 pm, and 29 September from 7.00 am to 9.00 am.

It will be necessary to show the printable registration receipt at the link sent in the confirmation email.

It is possible to request the shipment of the race package, via courier, € 10.00 only for online registration.

Informazioni

Sarà possibile partecipare alla pedonata sui luoghi della memoria del Vajont correndo o camminando lungo i 3 percorsi previsti.
La pedonata del Vajont si terrà anche in caso di maltempo.
Eventuali accompagnatori non iscritti alla manifestazione potranno acquistare il buono pasto per il pranzo presso i padiglioni della Longarone Fiere.
Data la natura mista dei tracciati (asfalto, strade bianche, sentieri in terra battuta) si consiglia di indossare abbigliamento e calzature adeguati (scarpe da trekking o simili, racchette, giacca a vento o impermeabile in caso di pioggia).
Potete farvi accompagnare dal vostro cane sui tracciati, purché rimanga al guinzaglio e con la museruola.

Il Decalogo dei Percorsi della Memoria

Parcheggia la tua auto negli spazi appositamente dedicati in zona impianti sportivi/Palafiere. Potrai accedere al centro di Longarone e alla zona di partenza attraverso i percorsi pedonali segnati sulla cartina allegata. In ogni caso il personale di servizio sarà a disposizione per le indicazioni.
Assicurati di avere con te abbigliamento, calzature e attrezzatura adatti per una camminata su sentieri, strade sterrate e terreni scivolosi.
Indossa il pettorale in modo visibile per facilitare i controlli lungo il tracciato. In particolare a Dogna sarà fatto un controllo accurato per garantire l’accesso alla strada del Colomber ai soli iscritti alla manifestazione.
Visto il particolare valore morale e civile della manifestazione, ti chiediamo di aiutarci a mantenere in ordine i Luoghi della Memoria evitando di abbandonare rifiuti lungo il percorso. È inoltre proibito bere alcolici prima e durante la manifestazione.
Lungo i tracciati ci saranno dei commissari di percorso a disposizione per eventuali informazioni o richieste.
In caso di incolonnamenti lungo i tratti di percorso su strada, procedi con ordine e attenzione, assicurati di rispettare i segnali presenti e di non superare il limite segnato dai birilli.
Se ti capita di incontrare persone in difficoltà, aiutaci a prestare loro soccorso segnalandole agli assistenti di gara e agevolando le operazioni di intervento.
Lungo il tracciato sono stati predisposti dei cancelletti di controllo. Assicurati di rispettarne gli orari di chiusura e di non rimanere indietro.

Un servizio di vigilanza controllerà la chiusura dei percorsi.
Nei punti panoramici o particolarmente esposti, se vuoi scattare una foto o osservare il paesaggio, evita di sporgerti, assicurati di mantenere una posizione di sicurezza e di non superare i parapetti stradali dove presenti.
Se lungo il tracciato ti senti in difficoltà, potrai comunque rientrare al Palafiere con i bus navetta appositamente dedicati che partono da Erto, Casso e dalla zona frana. L’attesa della navetta potrebbe essere prolungata a causa dei semafori che regolano il traffico in galleria.L’organizzazione declina ogni responsabilità per incidenti e danni che dovessero verificarsi a cose e persone nel corso della manifestazione.

Running package delivery

The delivery of the running packages will take place at Longarone Fiere, from 23th to 29th September from 2.00pm to 8.00pm, and on 29th September from 7.00 am too.

It will be necessary have the printable receipt of registration sent in the
confirmation email.

You can also require the shipment of the running package, through a courier, € 10.00 only for inscriptions on-line

Other info

It will be possible to take part to the walk on the Vajont memory places, running or walking along three itineraries.The walk will take place even in case of bad weather.
Potential non enrolled members will be able to buy the meal voucher at Longarone fair stand.
If it will be rain, you might wear appropriate clothes (trekking shoes, windbreaker or raincoat).
You might go with your dog on the ways, provided that it has got muzzle or lead.

The decalogue of Memory paths

Park your auto on the sport area, that is called Palafiere. You will access the Longarone center and at the start area across the crossover wich is signed on the attached map. In which case will be a staff prepared to direct you.
Make sure you have appropriate clothing, footwear and equipment to walk on the trail.
You have to wear a pectoral to facilitate the control along the trail. At Dogna will be a checking to guarantee the entrance at the Colomber street only at the members.
We ask you for keeping in order the Memory places, by not throw trash along the ways. It is not allowed to drink alcohol before and during the event.
Along the trails will be a commissars for any request or informations.
Along the route, there will be control gates. Make sure to check and observe the closing times.

A security service will check the closure of the routes.
At panoramic or particularly exposed locations, if you want to take a picture or enjoy the landscape, make sure you keep a safe place and do not overcome the roadside parapets.
If you are in trouble during the run, you can still return to the Palafiere. There will be specially dedicated shuttle buses departing from Erto, Casso and the landscaped area. Shuttle waiting could be prolonged due to traffic lights that govern the traffic in the tunnel. The organization declines any responsibility for accidents and damages that occur to things and people during the event.
